Secrets of Snake Hill: NRWA Family Adventure Hike

Looking for a fun family adventure close to home? Fall is a beautiful time to get outdoors here in our watershed. Join NRWA for our "Secrets of Snake Hill" family adventure hike. On this naturalist-led hike, we'll explore the trails on Snake Hill, home to an unusual collection of flora and fauna due to its unique soils and rocky terrain. Your guide will be Stacey Chilcoat, NRWA's River Classroom Director. Moderate pace with some uphill rocky trails; best suited for ages 11 and older. Hiking boots or shoes and water bottles recommended. The fee is: $9/person or $27/family for NRWA members; $12/person or $36/family for non-members. Pre-registration is required; exact meeting location and directions will be provided upon registration.
